A Health Coach is a passionate mentor and guide who helps others in improving their health through dietary and lifestyle changes to meet their unique needs and health-related goals. A Health Coach differs from that of a Dietitian or Nutritionist, for we offer an individualistic approach to addressing one's greatest health concerns through the concept of Primary food vs. Secondary food.


What does this mean?

Primary food is a lifestyle-based practice that involves assessing your satisfaction within each area of your life including relationships, stress, physical activity, career and more. Primary food includes everything in your life outside of what you eat, drink and/or take in orally, and is the most important practice to factor in when seeking to create balance in, and change your life. Secondary food is everything that you consume. Food, drink (including alcohol), and medications fall under this category. This category comes in at the second most importance when striving towards optimum health, because although we can change the way that we eat and incorporate more nutritious foods into our diet, if we don't accompany that with the development of a strong mindset, lowered stress and self love, by my experience and many others, you will fail every time. Both Primary Food and Secondary Food must work harmoniously, and working one-on-one with a health coach can help you with just that.

With 70% of death's a year being caused by Chronic Illness, it's no news that the world is in need of a greater, sustainable and more natural approach to health. As i've developed my coaching practice, what you can expect is a comforting and welcoming environment that allows you to clearly address your biggest concerns and needs. You will be provided with the tools you need to not only achieve your immediate and long term goals, but to allow you to adopt a positive shift in mindset as you begin to challenge your beliefs, and change them into ones that serve you and your purpose.

Working with a Health Coach will allow you to begin achieving your body and physique goals should you desire to do so, as well as allow you to experience great mental, emotional and spiritual change. We thrive off of the concept of Bio-Individuality, meaning that every person is completely unique, and requires unique building blocks to grow and flourish.


Sit back for a moment, and ask yourself, "When was the last time that I felt in true alignment within my life? When I didn't feel like I was hustling around non-stop, putting others needs before my own, or allowing my toxic inner thoughts to override all of the good that is in my life? When I refer to life as a whole, consider the following categories; Personal life, relationships, career, finances, health, fitness, etc...

Now ask yourself, "when was the last time YOU put yourself first?"

You would be surprised at the number of people that can't even remember the last time they put themselves first.

One thing we often fail to realize, is that when one area of our lives are off balance, it starts a ripple effect, and causes an imbalance within other areas of our lives as well. Weather we push a certain stressor and/or pain to the back burner until later, or try to avoid it all together, we soon come to realize that in one way or another, that problem will re-manifest itself, until it is dealt with. Maybe the pain that you've pushed aside is leaving you irritable. Maybe you find yourself releasing your anger on a loved one. Or maybe perhaps, you notice you've been overindulging in snacks more often than you'd like. Whatever it may be, this is where a Health Coach can greatly benefit your life, and your overall health.

Eden is a Certified Health Coach who completed her practice at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, one of the top Health Coaching Institutes in the nation. When working with her as your coach, she will help you discover the areas of your life in which you are struggling the most, help you create a step-by-step action plan that suits your unique lifestyle and desires, and provide you with the tools you need that will help you far beyond the program.

You will be provided with support, guidance, valuable information, a real and tactical game plan, and you will be free to adjust anything and everything at your own pace, to find out what works best for YOU.


Every session is about you. It is designed specifically to allow you the space to feel comfortable and be as vulnerable as you please.


You can expect an easy and light-hearted pace provided with a welcoming hand, which will allow you to feel safe, and provide us the opportunity to check in on how things are going, what your newly found successes are and what they've brought into your life, what needs to be worked on, and exactly where to go from here. These sessions will either be held in person if you are in or near the Sacramento area, over the phone or via video chat.

No two people are alike, and for that each and every session is tailored specifically to your ever changing needs and desires.

At the end of each session, you will know exactly what steps to take next to further your progress. Your action plan will be created in a specific way to allow you to get excited about exploring new goals and ideas in a way that not only align with you, but allow you to step outside of your comfort zone.
